terms & conditions
Booking Policy
Bookings are essential to secure your spot in class at NJOY Pilates. Bookings can be made online via our app or website.
Bookings open 2 weeks in advance.
Clients are responsible for their own bookings. We don’t handle bookings via email, phone or social media.
For all classes, please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class start time to store your belongings, say hi to your teacher and get set up.
Please note, socks are compulsory for Reformer classes. Bring your own or purchase a pair of grip socks in the studio.
You do not need to bring a mat for Barre or Mat Pilates classes - we provide these.
Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy
Our early cancellation period is anytime up to twelve hours before class starts for all classes. Cancellation on or within twelve hours will be counted as a Late Cancellation. Please try to cancel early so other people have the opportunity to make it to class - no one likes to miss out! We do not take bookings or cancellations via phone, email or social media. All changes need to be made via your app or the website.
If you do not show up to class, this will be counted as a No-Show, and Late Cancellation Policy will apply.
Late Cancellation or No-Showing for casual visits, introductory offers, class pack holders or 2 class and 3 class memberships will result in a forfeit of your pass for the class.
Unlimited and Foundation Membership holders who Late Cancel/No-Show will be charged a fee of $10 for Late cancellation and $20 for No-Showing.
If you receive a text message or email notification of a No-Show which you believe to be incorrect, please respond directly to the text or email from nicole@njoypilates.com so we can update your attendance.
Late entry more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time is not permitted. Please note that late arrivals will be considered as No-Shows and normal Cancellation Policy will apply.
Waitlist Policy
We're a busy boutique studio, so we offer a Waitlist function. Our Waitlists do move, so the likelihood is that if you Waitlist for a class, you have a good chance of getting in. If you place yourself on a Waitlist and can no longer attend class, please remove yourself from the Waitlist to avoid forfeiting your class or being charged for a Late Cancellation/No-Show.
If you place yourself on a Waitlist, you could be added to the class anytime up to one hour before class starts. Within one hour of class starting, the system will not add you to the class. This means you will always receive at least one hour's notice if you are added to a class you have Waitlisted for.
If your class is early in the morning, please either wake up early to check if you got in or remove yourself from the Waitlist before going to bed, to avoid forfeits or charges. You could be added to the class up to one hour before the class start time including overnight. We don't want you to miss out or forfeit/be charged because you were added while you were asleep!
We understand that life happens and things come up. We are happy to waive our Cancellation Policy in emergency situations. Please cancel as normal via your app or the website, then send us an email or message and we will reverse the class forfeit or charge when we get the opportunity to respond.
