Commit to 12 classes in 28 days (3 classes/week). At least 3 of the 12 classes need to be completed in the Mat Classroom, and at least 3 in the Reformer Classroom.
Yes, the Criss Cross is an original Pilates Mat exercise. In our newest Studio Challenge, we’re asking you to cross the divide - between classrooms! And try something different.
We’re challenging you to complete 12 classes in 28 days (approx. 3 classes/week). Of those 12, any nine can be in the Reformer classroom or the Mat classroom. The remaining three need to be completed in the OTHER classroom (if you’re a regular Reformer client, you need to sub 3x Mat classes into your routine, or vice versa).
