The Spring Start Challenge features a Meal Plan from local Armidale Dietitian, Lauren Gaffney Nutrition. Lauren is an accredited practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. She specialises in fertility, pregnancy and paediatrics. Her Meal Plan includes quick, healthy and creative recipes and snack ideas to help you eat well to support your body during the Challenge.
