Reformer Pilates
Learn your way around the reformer and focus on fundamentals in this beginner-friendly class. That doesn’t mean it’ll be easy, the reformer supercharges your pilates workout! We ask that all clients please wear socks/grip socks during reformer classes.

Barre
Our signature class combining yoga, pilates and ballet. Flowing in style, this workout uses the barre, small props and mat to tone and stretch your muscles. Invigorating and energising, this class resets your body and mind.

Mat Pilates
A total body workout on the mat using small props for extra challenge. This contemporary mat pilates class tones your body while improving muscular strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.

Jumpboard
Reformer with a cardio kick (literally!). The most fun you’ll have on a reformer, our Jumpboard class tones and strengthens with a focus on core and cardio. This class requires jumping.
Not suitable for pregnancy.
We suggest that all clients attend at least 10 Reformer Pilates classes before adding Jumpboard to their workout regime.

Reformer Yin
Inspired by Yin yoga. Relax with guided breathwork, myofascial release, active and passive stretching and gentle movement on the Reformer. This class promotes flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Release tension, find stillness and melt into yourself.

Lengthen & Align
45 minutes of lengthening and stretching designed to support your recovery by helping you relax and realign on the mat. A great class to incorporate with your other pilates classes.

Pre and Post Natal
Pregnant clients are welcome to attend our Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer Yin and Lengthen & Align classes. Please be sure to let us know you’re pregnant, so we can provide you with the appropriate modifications. Post-natal clients must be cleared by their doctor or medical professional at their 6-week check before returning to group classes. We also run dedicated Pre and Post Natal Reformer classes open to pregnant clients and Mums + Bubs.
