A heart-rate lifting, cardio-style workout using the barre, small props and mat. This is our most challenging class, high energy and high fun. Be prepared to sweat!

Reformer with a cardio kick (literally!). The most fun you’ll have on a reformer, our jumpboard class tones and strengthens with a focus on core and cardio. This class requires jumping.

Our pregnancy-friendly class, also suitable for those just returning to exercise after pregnancy. Be guided through your workout with individual modifications and special care provided in a group setting.
