Nicole
Nicole is the Studio founder and owner. Her passion is making sure each and every participant has an enjoyable experience in class. After growing up with a quadriplegic (paralysed) father and struggling through an eating disorder in her early twenties; learning to appreciate and enjoy moving her body (and now helping others do the same), became a priority. Fun fact - the studio name is a play on Nicole’s first and middle names - Nicole Joy!

Kathryn
Kathryn fell in love with Pilates after becoming a mum. She loves that Pilates allows you the time and space to focus purely on your whole self, and forget all the outside noise - not always an easy thing to do! She also loves being able to share this with others, helping them quiet their minds and move their bodies. Kathryn is certified to teach Barre, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

Rebecca
After taking ballet classes from childhood, Rebecca always knew that the ballet barre would have a purpose in her life. Whilst living and working in London in her early thirties, she discovered the Barre method and Pilates. During her second pregnancy, she incorporated it into her fitness regime, which significantly transformed how she felt in her body. Rebecca hopes clients can achieve their goals whilst taking her class, whether it is improving flexibility and posture, increasing stamina or simply by lifting their mood.

Meg
Meg fell in love with pilates during Covid lockdowns. After finding a way to move her body that she truly enjoys, she wanted to share her love for pilates with others and completed her Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates Instructor Certifications. She absolutely loves the connections that she is able to create with clients in the Studio, seeing their big smiles when they master an exercise, and guiding them to their full potential.

Rach
Rach is certified to teach Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.
"Pilates is my passion and has always been an anchor to my body. Before pregnancy, it was the practice that kept me feeling strong, balanced and deeply connected to how my body moved and functioned. During pregnancy, it supported me in maintaining strength, mobility and a sense of trust in my changing body. Post-pregnancy, it has helped me rebuild from the inside out, restoring my core strength, stability and confidence in a safe, intentional way. Pilates isn’t just exercise to me; it’s what keeps me grounded, resilient and empowered through motherhood and everyday life."
