pre and postnatal pilates classes

Pregnant clients are welcome to attend our Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre, Reformer Yin and Lengthen & Align classes. Please be sure to let your instructor know that you are pregnant, so we can look after you and provide you with the appropriate modifications.

We run a dedicated Pre and Post Natal Reformer class which is open to pregnant clients and mums and bubs aged 6 weeks up to 1 year. This class is held on Saturday mornings at 10:30am. Bookings can be made via our timetable.

Our Jumpboard and Barre Cardio classes are not suitable for pregnant clients. Post-natal clients must be cleared by their doctor or medical professional at their 6-week check before returning to group classes.
