We currently offer six different class styles on our timetable. If you are new to Barre and Pilates, start with our ‘njoy barre’ or ‘njoy mat’ class, which are the most suitable for beginners. If you’re pregnant or returning to exercise post-baby, try our pre and post natal barre class. Yoga classes are coming to our timetable soon! Explore all of our different classes
