Terms and conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions for NJOY PILATES PTY LTD, Marsh Street Armidale prior to enrolments, purchases and class participation.

Class changes and timetable changes can be made at any time. NJOY PILATES PTY LTD will endeavour to provide reasonable notification of any class cancellations or changes.

Cancellations or rescheduling of classes by participants need to be made 4 hours before the class start time. Class cancellations are the responsibility of the individual participant. They can only be made via our website or the Glofox App. Cancellations within the 4-hour window may result in a forfeited session for both class pass holders and members. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session.

Please make any cancellations 4 hours before the class start time to allow others the chance to attend and ensure class passes are not forfeited. We do not process cancellations via email, phone or social media, but if you need any assistance with the cancellation process, please reach out. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend classes.

Payments are processed via Glofox at the time of booking and in accordance with Glofox’s policies. Classes can only be booked via our website or the Glofox App. (Please get in touch by email or phone if assistance with this process is needed).

Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients please be on time. Clients are invited to arrive 5-10 minutes early to store personal effects and prepare for the class warm-up. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will miss the warm-up and may not be able to participate safely.

The owner and/or teacher(s) reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons, and the owner and/or teachers reserve the right to refuse clients if they do not have the correct medical clearance. The owner and/or teacher(s) reserve the right to decline participation of clients in any class for any reason.

Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another participant. If someone other than the participant booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Gift Cards and Certificates can be used for classes and product at NJOY PILATES PTY LTD. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. NJOY PILATES PTY LTD does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards or Certificates for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships require 1 months’ notice by email for cancellation or suspension. Please email nicole@njoypilates.com if you wish to suspend or cancel your membership. From the date of membership commencement, members can suspend membership once for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of two months during their membership year. Cancelled Foundation Memberships cannot be restarted at a later date.
